Standard Practice

The Employer must submit the grant via the HRDC e-TRiS System under the SBL-Khas Scheme.

The Trainer is responsible for ensuring all “On-Site” documentation is completed perfectly on the day of training.

Upon completion of the session, please scan and email the Signed JD/14 Form and Attendance List to:
C&C (as the Training Provider) submits the claim for the course fees directly to HRDC.
The employer is responsible for submitting their own claims for internal costs (e.g., meals or transport) via e-TRiS.
